Mine Antarctica Guides & Walkthroughs

From first swing to Genesis Core — every Mine Antarctica how-to in one hub.

Start here

Mine Antarctica by PolarMine Games is a Roblox incremental miner where height equals rarity, cold gates how high you can climb, and Cash from the Gem Buyer funds warmth, carry space, and pickaxes. This Guides Hub links every walkthrough on the wiki so you can jump straight to the mechanic you need.

New players should open Getting Started first. It covers WASD movement, Space to jump, E interactions, LMB mining, the teleport-home sell loop, and why Climb Higher outranks almost every early shop purchase. If you want a dedicated input and HUD tour next, continue into the Controls Guide before you start optimizing routes.

Core loop (quick reference)

  1. Climb toward colder, higher crystal bands.
  2. Mine with LMB using your current pickaxe.
  3. Teleport back to base before cold or a full bag ruins the run.
  4. Sell at the Gem Buyer — or plant high-Luck crystals in the garden.
  5. Spend Cash on Climb Higher first, Carry More second, then the next pickaxe.
  6. Repeat on each hourly Mountain RNG refresh for a fresh zone layout.

Like the experience and join the PolarMine Games group for +1 Mining Luck before you optimize anything else.

How these guides fit with other hubs

  • Codes Hub — no working codes in October 2026; lookalike-game codes do not redeem here.
  • Pickaxe Tier List Hub — full 21-tool table from Rusted Scrapper to Genesis Core.
  • Gamepasses Hub — Robux multipliers for speed, luck, carry, crystals, and Instant Mine.
  • Scripts Hub — public loadstrings plus the permanent ban warning.
  • Updates Hub — patch and admin-event tracker (including Oct 2026 live-ops).
  • Events & Admin Abuse — Climb Higher / Carry More / Luck prep for live-ops windows.
  • Official Links — Roblox place ID and group links.

Use guides for decisions, the tier list for shop math, and updates when something suddenly feels nerfed.

Beginner path (first sessions)

Session one is about surviving cold and learning the Gem Buyer, not maxing Power. Follow Getting Started and the Controls Guide until Climb Higher lets you stay above the early freeze line. Session two should mix garden Luck experiments with Carry More once Backpack Full appears, plus a deliberate pickaxe buy (often Splintered Timber → Chipped Flint). Session three is when crystals rarity reading, Mountain RNG timing, bombs, and radars start paying off — open Crystals & Rarity, Mountain RNG, and Bombs & Radars once your bag and warmth can support them.

If digs feel slow but you still freeze, you bought pickaxe too early. If you never freeze but constantly TP home with a tiny haul, buy Carry More. If rarity looks awful on a fresh mountain, check garden Luck and the group bonus before blaming Mountain RNG.

Intermediate path

Once Reinforced… or Titanium Breaker is realistic, your bottleneck shifts to altitude bands, backpack KG, and crystal routing. Re-read Climb Higher for warmth breakpoints, Carry More when rich hours still force early BASE trips, Garden & Luck / Crystals for which shards to keep, and Mountain RNG before every bomb dump. Gamepasses like x2 Crystals, x4 Carry KG, or Instant Mine Crystal compress this phase; they are optional, not required.

Advanced path

Late pickaxes (Twilight Cleaver → Genesis Core) assume Max Mine Size and huge Power. Guides still matter: hourly resets, radar timing, Crystal Filter discipline, and garden composition decide whether a 12B Sunforged Maul actually earns its keep. Avoid scripts — PolarMine bans unauthorized software permanently.

How to use this hub after patches

After a PolarMine update, skim Updates first, then return here if warmth, Luck, carry weights, or tool behavior changed. Guides are written around durable systems (height = rarity, Gem Buyer, Climb Higher, Carry More, garden Luck, Crystal Filter, hourly Mountain RNG). Numbers on the tier list may move first; the decision order in these walkthroughs usually stays stable.

Bookmark the Guides Hub, pin Getting Started for friends, and cross-link from codes or gamepass pages whenever you share advice in Discord or group chats.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Which Mine Antarctica guide should I read first?

Start with Getting Started for the Climb Higher → Carry More → pickaxe order, then Controls if the HUD feels confusing, then Climb Higher if cold damage is ending your runs.

Do I need gamepasses to follow these guides?

No. Guides assume free progression. Gamepasses speed the same loop but are optional — see the Gamepasses Hub for value notes.

Where is the pickaxe ranking?

All 21 pickaxes with cost, Power, and Mine Size live on the Pickaxe Tier List Hub, linked from this Guides Hub.

Are scripts covered in the guides?

Guides teach legitimate play. Script loadstrings and the permanent ban warning are isolated on the Scripts Hub.

How often do mountain layouts change?

Mine Antarctica rolls a new Antarctic mining zone about every hour. Read the Mountain RNG guide and plan bomb or radar spends around that refresh.

Which new guides cover crystals and backpack space?

Use Crystals & Rarity for height, Filter, Frost, and Mossite decisions, and Carry More & Backpack when Backpack Full cuts climbs short.
